Why Make New Clothes? Aren’t there enough clothes in the world already?

There are SO MANY CLOTHES in the world! So why make new clothes, doesn’t that just add to the problem?

It could, depending on how you approach business.

There is a revolution happening in the apparel industry. People are realizing how much is being wasted and how horribly some factories treat their workers and brands are moving towards more sustainable and socially responsible practices, and slower fashion, meaning clothes that last longer, which is so encouraging.

I want to be a part of that revolution. To be an apparel business centered around making the lives better of everyone my business touches, from where I get my fabric and trims, to the packaging. And I want to be super transparent about where everything comes from. I look up to brands like Patagonia who are transparent about their supply chain, and are honest about their sourcing.

There is a great opportunity here.

An opportunity to create clothing that helps women be enthusiastically present wherever their day takes them. To create a global brand that betters the lives of everyone it comes on contact with.

That is my vision.
